Very professional and informative check in - best in Armeni yet. Early check in, upgrade to a room with a river view made for a great stay. Local hike from the door possible and map even provided. Private Sauna with Cold Plunge pool arranged with an hour's notice. Swimming pool a rare treat. Breakfast was different to the usual with a range of cooked egg options. Mushroom salad was delicious. Dinner and drinks not overpriced even though upmarket accomodation.

The host was welcoming and we ate delicious traditional food. We spoke little English but were about to communicate. We felt like we saw the real Armenia, just what we wanted. Enjoyed the small village, everyone was friendly and welcoming.

The Facilities we're great & the staff accommodating & personable. A beautifully building, rooms stunningly furnished, with ceiling high windows let you peer into the stunning view of the misty mountains of Lori. The breakfast was delightfully simple & filling. Pancakes, waffles, eggs, bacon, a variety of cereals i could go on, the breakfast did not disappoint. the COAF Hotel Restaurant has great prices for even greater meals. Great staff there too. All Around a 10\10 experience.

Beautiful view over the mountains and sunsets, comfy and beautiful tent, delicious food (cooked on the Bbq), very friendly and kind hosts. We were lucky to have the place to ourselves and could not recommend this glamping more! It was fantastic.

A magnificent property, the rustic feel of the house is enchanting, the view of the mountains from the terrace is stunning and the garden and the outdoor area are breathtaking. The house was very clean and tidy, the kitchen was beautiful, the bathroom was very clean and there was an abundance of towels and they were all very fresh, the beds were very comfortable and the living area was very rustic and warm. The fire pit in the garden was a very nice touch and you can get firewood from stores nearby and have a beautiful night out in the open country. In summary, it was an amazing experience and we highly recommend it to anyone who’s interested.
