I think this is the best luxorious designer hotel you can find in Vanadzor. The staff is handpicked, with excellent service. Location is amazing with forests from all sides. The hotel restaurant was also very high quality, which served us both dinner and breakfast. Very delicious avodaco benedict with smoked armenian trout. The best benefit is large botanical garden near the hotel. And you get free entrance as a horel guest!

I stayed on 2 nights with my friend. The hotel has very nice design with great colors and materials. The manager Arthur is very pleasant and kind. He gave as detailed answers on our questions about Vanadzor and supplied me with iodine and peroxide when I cut myself hiking at the waterfall :)

The property was very clean and tidy. It has very nice big windows which is making the room more beautiful and full of light. The owner was very kind and helpful. I really liked that the room has its own comfortable bathroom and toilet which is not shared with other rooms. Also it’s 4 minutes walking distance to the central square of the city and is walking distance to all of the central destinations.

We had a very good experience with this wonderful and welcoming Armenian family. The rooms were comfortable, isolated and calm. We had our feeling of privacy. We could cook, wifi was working well and there is a tv connected to internet. There are different way to reach the location, our favorite walk was the one by river and then up the hill by stairs, passing next to Kirovakan Hotel, where there is a small mirador with nice views on the city and hills and nature around it. We definitely recommend this place. There is also restaurant near by called Madera, we also recommend that place. And as a next destination after Vanadzor visit Tumanyan it's a beautiful village with different social and artist projects going on.
