Our family arrived at the Xiaoshan airport midnight. The hotel is connected to the terminal with a short walking distance which made it super convenient. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We had a great stay.

Friendly staff who met us with a smile and helped us with our luggage when checking in and out. Also the place is comfortable and clean and has a very good location; near the bus stop ,and there were many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. It’s in a quiet area and we really enjoyed our stay . I definitely recommend this place!

The location is near to West Lake within walking destination. There are plenty of shops to explore during at night within walking distance, with metro easily accessible just right next to the hotel. The hotel staff is super friendliness and kind. I run into issues with the dryer due to the machine malfunction and the staff offer the help to rotate the cloths for me when I am out for the day to explore the area.

Friendly and helpful staff. Location is close to shops and restaurants and West Lake. Located in a beautiful neighborhood with tall trees and clean streets. Milk tea machine is very much appreciated! Room was spacious and beautiful. Very comfortable bed.
