Like the variety of facilities like leisure space which looks like a library, bar, laundry services in the hotel.The staffs were friendly and helpful as one of them helped us to pay for the washing machine when we had trouble using the app.Overall it was a cozy stay, although the room is not that big but its modern, simple and neat.The location is strategic and walking distance to train station.

Perfect location inside the airport. From international departure exit, go straight a bit to pass the gate, then turn right, and it's just there! The rooms provided all you need. If I fly with the late flight, definitely choose here again.

Quiet, friendly and home-like budget hotel. I booked for 2 nights, but I liked it and extended a few times for about a week. It's located in a green and leafy tourist precinct, next to Botanical Gardens, about a 20 minute drive from downtown. I especially liked having so many trees and beauty around, quiet (hotel is at end of small pedestrian alley), and the manager is kind and helpful advice on many different topics (she can speak OK English, rare in Hangzhou). Because the hotel is small, sometimes other guests stop and chat with you, which I liked. There's also really a lot of restaurants and cafes around, including a couple of cool and delicious ones. I stayed in one of the top level attic rooms, it's quite small and low roof, but quiet. The weekends in November got very busy in this area with tourists and traffic jams - but it's still nice to walk and bicycle around. The manager helped me to rent a bicycle through my phone, thank you! Cosy and great value!

Very clean, stylish, and comfortable. Few steps to the metro entrance. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood right across the street from the park at the South end of the lake. Friendly welcome and very reliable host. Very good homely breakfast! Will stay here again if I come back to Hangzhou.

Ran by a lovely young man named 蔡俊 (Jun) the place is deep in the peaceful BaiLeQiao hood. Bit far off the city area, (nothing a DiDi ride, bus, or shared bicycle can’t fix) it’s the best medicine for those into greenER getaways. Surrounded by plenty of coffee shops and residential houses, restaurants, and a handful of other attractions, the place is just beautiful in its own right. Super stoked with their breakfast too! Go on and unplug — satisfaction guaranteed ;) Make sure your Mandarin is up to date tho

Great hotel, very beautiful with Chinese traditional architecture and landscaping. Great service, the hotel staffs are very professional and helpful. I strongly recommended.

The staff here bent over backwards to fulfil my needs. I lost my wallet in Xi'An and thks to Jenny & Alex, they helped communicating to the local police for me. The room was just brilliant! Their indoor pool was super cool! The food at Jin Sha and the staff there was superb! The bath salt in the room smelled soooo good!
