Mr Zhao was really wonderful and helpful. I really appreciate his effort to get us familiar with the area, patiently giving us recommendation for restaurants, directions to train stations, and even attending to our various requests. We got an upgrade to family suite. The room was absolutely fantastic and spacious. We will definitely come to stay again when we stop by in Shanghai. Mr Sun and Mr Feng also were helpful in attending to our needs, helped us get a transports (even stopping taxi in the middle of the road). Overall the staffs were superb. Thumbs up to them.

The location is the best. 2 bedroom and 2 bath gave us a lot of flexibility and room to move around. We also used the washer and dryer. Super convenient. The staff are super friendly and able to help with any questions we had. The transportation from/to airport was arranged through them too. They were very responsible with reminding the drivers and making sure the meeting place was confirmed.
