We visited the hotel in off-season. So we basically had the finca to our selves. We did the nice coffee tour with GM Tom as our tour guide and a stunning mountain top sunset picknick (must do)! All staff were very nice and accommodating, but one staff member Luz spoiled us to the max. We called her "Reina de Margarita's" because she made the best cocktails. The location is just awesome with great views from the finca.
