The property is very spacious and equipted with all needed and more. All aplaiances is luxury and new, beds are comfortable. The bar with beers and caraoke is five stars. We was glad to be a guests there.

The apartment has a full functional kitchen with all the things that you need for short or long stay like oil, tea, coffee, sugar... in the fridge you can even find cola, red bull and beer which you can pay extra. In the bathroom is a big bath tub and a huge shower. Beds are super comfy. Everything is new and super modern. You will need a car, but it will take you only around 8 min to go to Memmingen. The parking is free. The owners are super friendly.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this apartment and would rate it a perfect. The apartment's parking facility was convenient and the location was superb next to supermarket and 5-10 minutes walk from center. The interior was luxurious, the level of comfort provided was exceptional, making it a truly memorable experience. I highly recommend this apartment.

Modern, nicely furnished, very clean and spacious apartment. 10-15 minutes walk to the train station and city center. Private parking in garage available. Communication with Tristan, the host, was very easy and the info was accurate, self check-in. A supermarket (Rewe) just across the street. Bus station near.

We enjoyed our stay at house Brunnen. Our only regret is we didn't stay longer! The apartment was large with plenty of room for our family of 5. The decor was beautiful. We had no issues finding the place. Beds were very comfortable. The location, while away from town, is great for exploring the nearby area. A booklet was provided with plenty of information for food and places to explore. Overall, we loved the place and look forward to staying again in the future!

Apartment was extremely clean and very well equipped with everything so it can feel as own home. We were travelling with 2 kids - 3 and 6 years old and they loved the yard, the rooms and the nature around. There were ducks in the river next to the house, other kids to play with and our family really felt it was like a suburban home for us. Also area is vey quiet. Beside all those things, the house is close to train/bus station. This is like 10-15 min with bus to Airport and walking distance to supermarket and city center. We visited Legoland and Munich with car rental and house was ideal place for both destination + airport distance.

Karin is a very friendly and brilliant hostess. She gave us a very warm welcome and took great care of us and together with her husband even offered to help when we got lost. The accommodation is comfortable with keen attention to detail, making sure all needs are met. It is situated in a peaceful and lovely area; a home away from home. Highly recommended.

The staff were warm and friendly and very helpful. The place is laid out like an American ranch and full of novelty US cowboy regalia. 😊 I would definitely stay again.
