One could see from the first moment that the owner and the staff love what they do. They pay attention to every detail that could make our stay comfortable. The location was very quiet surrounded by green. We took a dinner at the hotel restaurant, the food was excellent, and again, one could see from every detail, prepared with love. It was really enjoyable to spend a night there during our longer trip.

We were very impressed with the facilities. We arrived late at night after a late flight into Dresden. We could arrange to have the instructions how to let ourselves in and the set up was modern and secure. The room was of high standard with very comfortable beds and pleasant shower room. The breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice of savoury and sweet options and hot beverages. Unfortunately, the transport to and from the airport was somehow cumbersome.

Everything was perfect. Beds are comfortable. The apartment was sparkly clean and well equipped. The bathroom is spacious and beautiful. The hosts are very helpful and so sweet. Location is great. It's about 20-30 tram ride into town but the bus stop is only a few steps away, so it's easy to hop on and off. Everything we needed was here. The hosts are very responsive to messages and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable in their apartment. I have rarely seen such a high level of customer service / experience. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. The pictures don't do this place justice. It is even more beautiful and spacious in person.
