What can I say? I always have a specific type of hotels to stay in “not easily to be satisfied”! And for some reasons I had to stay in a certain location in hurghada far away from my usual favorite locations! And I guess I was the luckiest when I have found this hotel!! It didn’t just meet my expectations it exceeded them!! From the service, facilities, flexibility & professionalism and online assistance 24/7 on WhatsApp! And how can I forget Mr. Taha?! Such a professional man who’s always there to help, support & make sure that your comfort is always a priority!! 10/10!!!

Nice place , excellent food , helping staff , but the main negative point was the air condition specially in the main restaurant and lobby , it was almost out of service which affects the whole stay and experience , also the elevator that was not working during the whole stay (how come) The animation was nice but the show time was very short (30 minutes ) and ends at 9:30 pm. ! To be fair, the hotel did upgrade our room for free, which was a nice gesture, and the food was very good and delicious, with a wide variety. The rooms were clean, neat, and new, and the staff were friendly and helpful..
