It’s a lovely place, staff were lovely, the room was great, comfiest bed ever! We ended up coming down with a D&V bug in the night and the house keeping staff were ever so lovely checking in on us. We were supposed to check out by 11am but as my partner was in no state fit to drive so we were allowed a later check out which was really kind of them.

It was a nice old traditional English pub, spacious and welcoming. Rooms nicely furnished. Great that we could just go down into the pub for our evening meal which also good. The breakfast was amazing.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hartnoll Hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly, we had a lovely room which was larger than we expected as it was called a "cosy double". The food was excellent, especially the homemade bread. Locationwise it is possible to walk about quarter of an hour along a footpath to arrive at Knightshays NT property, which is very well worth a visit.

The Annex offers accommodations in Tiverton, 13 miles from Sandy Park Rugby Stadium and 27 miles from Newton Abbot Racecourse.

With a stunning position on the banks of the River Exe in Bickleigh, and surrounded by beautiful Devonshire countryside, Fisherman’s Cot has free Wi-Fi throughout and free parking on site.

The scenery by the river is spectacular and very peaceful. Loved the food and the room was very comfortable and quiet despite being a pub. Its now on my favorite list ! Thank you
