The location was excellent and very easy to get to from the main roads. Plenty of parking space Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food and drinks. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were delicious. Every person I interacted with went out of their way to assist us and make our stay wonderful. My husband has mobility issues and front desk people took our luggage up to our room and brought it back down

Reception staff were calm under pressure, a lot of people arriving together. Rooms clean and tidy. Good location just on the outskirts of Southampton, about a 15 minute taxi ride to the cruise terminal.
