This is the second time we have stayed at Mill Cottage and we will definitely return. The cottage is perfectly located - in the quaint village of Parbold with easy access to neighbouring towns and cities. The local coffee shop and pubs are great and the walk along the canal is stunning. The cottage itself is maintained to a very high standard. The hosts are very responsive and happy to answer ant questions. They have thought of all finer details making the stay feel very special. We have stayed here both during the warmer Summer months and during Winter and both times it has been perfect each time.

Very comfortable bed in a large room. The evening meal was delicious, and the breakfast was also very good. All the staff were very friendly and efficient.

We had a lovely welcome, very friendly and helpful, the garden was spacious and had toys to keep the children entertained and the hot tub was lovely too. There's also a shared play area so it's a great place to stay for a family.

We have stayed here several years ago and it was good then. The rooms seem to be even better now, very comfortable, lots of space, balcony doors that open to let in air. The staff are all very helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Easy parking. Well located in a country setting with easy access to the M6.

The breakfast offered a good choice of foods and combination of foods. The staff were polite and helpful. The furnishings and decorations were attractive and interesting. I liked the books and magazines in the bedroom. Thank you for the drinks and biscuits.

The place was impeccably clean and the staff were fabulous. So accommodating and helpful, from before arrival to us checking out. In addition to the fabulous room, the breakfast choice and quality exceeded our expectations. We had been to our daughter's graduation the day before and staying here was the perfect end to a wonderful family celebration!
