Very beautiful place with amazing view. Good location of the villa. A beautiful villa with a good repair, with a private pool, there was everything you need for a comfortable stay. The villa was great, but what truly exceeded our expectations was the service and forthcoming of our host. We probably weren’t the easiest guests that they’ve had, since we asked to change the villas (we wanted a bigger space outside, because we have a 3-year old), but they obliged with no questions asked. And that was truly something that in all of our travels, we have rarely experienced to that extent. The villa was great, new, modern. If you’re travelling with children, book Iraklis 2. It has a bigger space outside and a green patch of grass. A great spot where the kids can play. Ask the owners for dining suggestions. We tried everyone they suggested, and liked mostly all of them, except one place. There is a village (Plakias) near by. The views are great, the food’s good, very good pricing if you compare to other major Crete cities. The only thing you will need if you stay at Iraklis is a car. You can of course use taxi services, I did see some of them driving around the area. Be sure to visit Preveli beach. That was the highlight of our vacation in Crete.

We loved everything about this place. The villa was in great condition and super clean. Everything looked almost new, the pool area was wonderful, the kitchen well equipped, and the bedrooms very nice and comfortable. The owners maintain the place them selves, and do a great job! Aggeliki (the owner) met us on arrival and showed us around the house. She was helpful with suggesting places to go. We drove various trips and enjoyed being away from the busy northern coast. They really went above and beyond by bringing homemade salad and treats. Can’t say enough good things about this place and the wonderful family running it.

This villa is great. Let's start with the garage - it has an automatic door that opens with a remote and your car will fit perfectly inside. The car is in the shade the whole day since the roof is a grape vine. When you enter the first door, on your left you will find a good sized very clean pool which was quite cold in october but I believe that it would be perfect in mid summer. Near the pool there are 4 sunbeds. On the right hand side there is the bbq and a table for you to enjoy your dinner. The host even left charcoal, fire starters and lighters.. you basically have everything. When you enter the villa's door you will find the living area which is huge and near the tv there is also several board games. On the table they alao left chocolates and biscuits. There are three bedrooms in the whole house ( 2 double rooms and 1 containing 2 single beds). All bedrooms have a door that leads to a large balcony with tables and chairs. From the balcony you will have a breathaking view .... I suggest watching the sunset from here. Regarding bathrooms there are 2 ... one if them is small with only a toilet and sink inside but the other one is quite large. In the large bathroom there is also a washing machine and the host also left several detergents for us to use. Then you will be lead into the full equipped kitchen where you can find everything you will need. The host left us honey, olive oil, wine, alcohol, water, eggs, cheese, ham, sandwich, juices, jam, butter, beer and also several yummy pastries and cake. Both the kitchen and the living room lead to a huge terrace with a swing, table and chairs and a view of the pool. In the middle of the week the host also brought us a home cooked meal which was great. 6 mins by car away you can find supermarkets and restaurants and if you driving into the direction of Spili on the right hand side you can find a bakery which sells the most delicious pastries. I highly recommend this villa ...

The Villa is awesome! It's spacious, it has privacy, the garden and the swimming pool are great! It has many places to sit, chill and recreate. No arguments with 2 bathrooms as well... Nikos was a great host (with a little bit of help by his father). He had tips for the surroundings, he brought us grapes and a nice liquor. We will be back!
