CroatiaSnjezana and Ivica are amazing hosts. The dinner was great and homemade. We also had breakfast there and we loved the homemade bread and the plum jam. It's such a beautiful and peaceful place. We highly recommend it and we will come back!

Fantastic value stay. Slunj is walkable and has a few places to eat, drink and a playground for the kids. Very close to Plitvice and extremely peaceful, only the sound of a cockerel and the odd car, we enjoyed the calm so much. Communication was excellent from the hosts and they were on hand for our questions. Beds extremely comfortable and outdoor terrace with a lovely big table which we are at. Kitchen annex fully equipped. Very nicely decorated. Clean, spacious with balcony. We spent the evening in jacuzzi which is in the front garden of the house in warm/hot water with glass of wine (which we brought with us from a local shop). Apartment is spacious, modern, new and clean, fully furnished and equipped. 2 bedrooms, big living room, nice terrace. Our kids was very excited about farm, there are few goats, chickens here. And hosts are incredibly nice and helpful, they even provide us with home-made eggs, watermelon etc. We only regretted that our staying here was too short. Ideal location (2 minute walk)for buses to Plitvice lakes,Zadar and Zagreb. Slunj and Ravistoke are both amazing, magical places.Local inhabitants are very very friendly. Good bars and restaurants. We only used 1 bedroom (cosy bed) but there was another pretty room with 3 single beds which would be ideal for children. Large,comfortable lounge and family friendly kitchen.
