The location is a walking distance from Ferry Terminal. The supervisor/front desk manager in the morning was good and polite. The place is kid-friendly.

The hotel’s clean, proper & comfortable. We’re assigned to the room that’s very near to the elevator which is convenient for our elderly mother. Rain shower’s superb! What’s amazing is the hotel staff who’s not just hospitable & friendly but very helpful. Especially the one man (i didnt get the name) who helped us with the luggages. He’s so kind & was so helpful & even offered to help exchange ferry tickets for us (we didn’t want to trouble him in the end since the exchange place was just around the corner). Overall, what made our stay special was really the staff & we’ll definitely return.
