This is an excellent homestay. George is a super host, greeted us with coffee and biscuits and was very helpful throughout. The room is a great size and very comfortable and we slept really well there. The balcony is a nice bonus. The food is excellent, we had dinner there as well and I highly recommend doing that. Overall one of our best stays and I thoroughly recommend it.

Amazing hotel, we felt at home. Extremely good service, especially the naturalists Albin and Ashly. Both restaurants had really great food. The room is huge and comfortable. Everyone should try all service provided by hotel: yoga, cooking class, performance show, property visit.

It is a relative new establishment. The location, ambience, cleanliness, hospitality and behavior of all staff deserves special mention. The indoor games facilities, adventure games and spa facilities were all excellent. All the staff were very supportive and friendly displaying pleasant attitude. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Each spacious room has a balcony from which you look out over an immaculately tended, highly diverse botanical garden and into a plantation of cardamom and pepper that is topped by trees, making it look like a lush tropical forest. From the back deck we heard the calls and songs of many species of birds. Antony arranged transportation and trips for us to the nearby Periyar Tiger Reserve and a local tea planation and factory. He personally gave us a tour of the Alencherry Plantation. Antony's wife Lizzie made the plantation a welcoming, comfortable home. Each meal was carefully prepared, unique and delicious. By the end of our stay, we had experienced a wide range of the excellent meals found in the Western Ghats. We were sad to leave the plantation because there was so much more that we could have learned and explored in this area, and especially because of the graciousness of our hosts. We remember them as friends.

The stay was in a prime location, with 2 beautiful rooms in a house that we had separate access to. The hosts were polite, and accommodating and they provided us with local Kerala special dishes on our request. Our stay was quite smooth with all the facilities.
