The property is in a great location if you want to do some hiking in Gran Sasso mountain. About 8-10 minutes walk to Where the cable car is. It was under maintenance when I was there. The staff were all awesome, especially Alfredo and Iryna. Botn are very helpful. A very clean and comfortable place to stay. The breakfast that is included is wonderful. Buffet style with lots of options. The dinner was fantastic with high end quality. I strongly recommend try their dinner. Super delicious.

The breakfast was very good. We even got to try the host's father's homemade apricot tart! The host, Luca, was great - he drove us to the bus station, and we sincerely hope to meet him again. Luca was always available for advice, travel tips or just a chat in the yard!

The location was fine. You needed to go by the address as there wasn’t a sign on the outside. The breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast with sweets, yogurt and coffee.
