Everything about this stay was excellent- from the welcoming up to check out. You can immediately see and feel there is a family business and they care about any small detail related to the guests comfort. Great host. Excellent beds. Excellent location (if you have a car to visit Venice). Decent breakfast. Nice yard with playground for the kids. Safe and comfortable parking.

Clean and spacious room, very friendly and attentive personal (at the desk, restaurant and airport-shuttle). There is a free shuttle to the next train station. Venezia and airport very easy reachable. Around the hotel there is a large choice of very good restaurant of all kind.

Villa Costanza has a way to make you feel at home. It is not too close to the station, to a very quiet traditional Italian neighborhood, but close enough to find your way about Venezia in a day. The staff was exceptionally communicative and friendly and was there around the clock. They even have a patio for smokers, so you don't have to stand on the pavement.

Set in a quiet, green area of town and 1312 feet from Venezia Mestre Train Station, Chiara - Lodge is located just a 10-minute train ride from the center of Venice.

It's a small and cozy place in a quiet neighborhood near the train station. The trip to Venice takes about 20-30 minutes (not 10 like other reviews state) by train or bus. The breakfast was great, with plenty of options. Our car was parked in their parking across the street for an additional but reasonable price. Big thanks to the staff! I can safely recommend this hotel.

An exceptional hotel at the most convenient location if you want to visit Venice. If you travel by car, the spacious parking will be a huge advantage as then you can head to Venice by bus (stop across the street) in 15min. Beautiful garden and delicious breakfast/dinner. The staff was extremely kind and helpful with all our questions about Mestre and Venice. You can also buy tickets for bus an vaporetto at the reception. Finally the room was spacious, the beds very comfortable and the bathroom very clean with hot water. Everything perfect, if ever in Venice, I would surely book again!

This was by far probably the best accommodation we had during our Italian vacation. We booked it because of the location, 7 minutes from the airport, so we can turn in our rental car and head to Venice. This place was very clean, big, comfortable beds, AC. They had a playground inside the yard for the kids. The young lady that let us in was extremely nice and walked us in and showed us around. They are somehow associated with Colors Pizza (that's where you get your room keys from). We arrived late in the evening and decided to wat there, the food was amazing.

The hotel was a convent many years ago, so quaint rooms. The restaurant was excellent. It is a bit far from Venice, but a 12 minute walk and 10 minute bus ride was easy enough.

Modern, nice, and clean apartment on 4th floor, nice balcony with table and chairs, good location near train station with frequent trains to Venice. We did not meet the host but she was always ready to help, e.g. when I forgot the bag inside locked after departure she sent someone to open. Room 1 with a queen bed perfect.
