We had a very nice time in Mauro's apartment. The place is fully equipped and beautifully decorated with a lot of paintings. The view on the lake from the terrasse /garden is exceptional. Mauro is a friendly hosts and answers quickly in case of questions. There's a bus stop very close to the apartment and you can go to Pesciera Maraglio in about 10 minutes.

We really liked our stay here. The room was nice, clean and spacious, and equipped with AC which can come in handy in hot summer. The location is really great as it is on top of the island and there is an amazing view. There is also well-working bus transportation so you can get there easily, or take a walk from Peschiera. And we had the best host! :) Always ready to help us and other guests while preparing some of the most delicious meals we had. Basically, anything you choose from the menu will taste great. It was a really special experience and we look forward to visiting again :)

Such a gem! What a fantastic stay with our Golden Retriever Bertie at Sensole Locanda - with its dreamy location by Lago d’Iseo, spectacular rooftop terrace and the best cocktails we’ve ever had in Italy. It only opened in May 2022 and the Rooms are simple and minimalist, while the shared guest areas are stylishly decorated and the staff were incredibly friendly. Giovanni, the manager and owner, was a wonderful host and he has put together a great team for easily the most modern hotel we saw on the island of Monte Isola. The food was really excellent, so good we ate at the restaurant twice. Breakfast great too. Unquestionably the highlight was being able to sit with an Aperol Spritz on the grass ‘beach’ right by the lake and watch our dog Bertie have the time of his life swimming.
