Bath overlooked our private garden, the toilet (bidet) was advanced and fancy, tiny dining area with a microwave, fridge, and table with a shoji window was beautiful. Beds were japanese style on the floor but easily the most comfortable beds through our entire trip. Tatami flooring still smelled incredible. Front desk staff was great, and we had a free pickup from the Himeno station and free dropoff at the Kansai airport. Breafkast was suitably diverse so there'd be something for everyone. The property gardens are immaculate!

What make this hotel fabulous, the staff! I wrote several emails before arriving, they were answered very promptly. Hotel shuttle, on time and reliable. The staff at the dining area, VERY warm and helpful. I will recommend this hotel to friends!

Convient to the train station and room very clean. It's near an outlet store so I would recommend go to the hotel early if you want to check it out. Overall it was a great stay so sad we did not realise about the shops and went to the hotel late. It was a great hotel for the price you pay.

Excellent and easily accessible location. It is just opposite to Rinku-town train station. The hotel provides free shuttle bus tot Kansai airport. The supermarket, Family mart is located in the same building in the second floor and is open 24 hours. Clean and well arranged rooms. The staff at the front desk are very helpful. Breakfast is available on payment basis.

Convenient location walking distance to JR train and Rinku town outlet stores. Around 15-20mins to the airport by train. Very helpful staff upon check in and checkout was express.

A comfortable stay for those waiting to depart to Kansai Airport. We had a good dinner at Joyful (24 Hours fast food) which was a few mins walk away, and there are plenty of convenient stores nearby. Short walk from the train station (1 stop away from Kansai Airport) but might be quite chilly to walk on the colder days, best to layer up. Rooms are spacious, and great for reorganizing luggage. The bathhouse was nice too.
