Clean rooms, well maintained property. Breakfast buffet had a lot of selection. The property is about 9 minute walk from JR Sapporo station which is very convenient. The onsen was very nice but can be crowded in the evenings.

Place is as shown in photos, cozy atmosphere, easy but secured way to enter and exit. Comfortable beds, excellent linens, big enough for a comfortable stay for a family of 5 adults. The best is the service though: thoughtful and really friendly, from the little welcome sweets, to personalised welcome notes in your native language, and even providing us with a parking ticket for free! They also very generously accommodated an early check in request. Will highly recommend this place!

The room was clean and spacious. I took a taxi to Sapporo station and Susukino, but the location was just right as it wasn't too far away and quiet at night :) There were pots, kettle, pans, simple kitten supplies, knives and cutlery. So you can cook in the room if you want. The staff was very nice. Bath and toilets are separate, and there were 2 toilets. haha It's really good deal!!
