Everything about this property is exceptional. The Mountain View rooms, with their full glass windows and private patio seating, offer breathtaking views and beautifully curated interiors. The serene, secluded setting, away from the main town and that was exactly what I was looking for, surrounded only by the soothing sounds of nature and birdsong. Wi-Fi is not available, which was perfectly fine for me, as it added to the peaceful, unplugged experience. The staff were incredibly courteous, prompt, and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. A special mention to Mr. Inthizar, the owner and host, whose warmth, helpfulness, and genuine hospitality truly set this place apart. He went above and beyond, not only ensuring our stay was comfortable, but also helping with taxis, sharing local tips, and even guiding us during our trip after we had checked out. If I could, I’d give this place 11 out of 10 stars. Highly recommended for anyone seeking calm, scenic, and heartwarming hospitality away from city’s chaos.

By far the best stay we ever had in Sri Lanka! First of all the accomandation is so luxorious. The whole vibe of the rooms is so nice, starting from the shower (which has warm water!) to the XL bed with AC and a lovely tea/coffee station in the room. Waking up to the sunshine was the best. We enjoyed sitting outside and listening to the wildlife. The pool was so clean and the staff was so friendly. He always helped us with organising and made delicious breakfast and lunch!

The property is clean, with a great pool and amazing food. A previous review suggested 12/10 and they were absolutely right. Beyond that, Inoka and family go out of their way to make you feel part of the family. We’ve visited many places but the genuine kindness and desire to make your stay memorable here ranks among the very best.

This is the best hotel we stayed in Sri Lanka so far. The rooms are very clean, the views are amazing and the staff is very friendly. The hotel is a bit far from the city center and not easy to get to, we went to the city center by tuk tuk every time, it costs 800-1000 LKR and 15-20 minutes.

View and Facilities are superb. Breakfast also good. Well trained and Friendly staff.

The location was perfect - right in the heart of the city, close to public transport, shops. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Staff were attentive and friendly. There is a beautiful atmosphere inside and outside. Room rates are reasonable. The exceptional hospitality with clean and comfortable rooms is what I generally expect from a hotel, and Kandy eagle villa exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it! Thank you!
