Excellent property with spacious rooms and bathrooms. The paid upgrade to a lake view was well worth it. The breakfast buffet, however, was quite expensive. Staff were consistently polite and courteous.

I took the corner room where I can see Shwedagon Pagoda and the city from other side. It's super nice location. Being adjacent to Junction City shopping Mall there are many food options, shopping, movie theatre available. Really nice and helpful staff. I would say my stay was super nice at this hotel. Recommend without any second thought.

The hotel was clean and tidy. My room was large with necessary facilities like fridge, microwave, laundry machine. Water was refillable at the Lift area The bed was very comfortable Unfortunately I didn't take a dive in the pool...which looked so clean and pristine. The receptionist, Htet as well, Phyo, the manager were very helpful. The receptionist assisted me in making telephone calls to my spa...as I didn't have a local Simcard, neither could I speak Burmese. The lady manager also allowed my late checkout. My appreciation to the nice room service guys from the bar. All in all, everyone was friendly and great in their service.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They all can communicate with basic English, which was a helpful for foreigners. The room is spacious and clean. The location is near the main tourist attractions. I forgot some of my documents and the Duty Manager emailed me. He followed my request of my lost items, which I do appreciate the sincere assistance. Recommended!
