If we had come to Portugal just to stay at Casario do Vale, it would have been the trip of a lifetime. The house was so special as were the wonderful hosts who told us stories about the history of the house, made us beautiful breakfasts with homemade cakes and jams and simply treated us as though we were visiting family members. It was truely an unforgetable experience!
