Great place, would definitely stay here again. The staff is super friendly and helpful, they go out of your way to accommodate your requests. The hotel is clean, rooms are large, beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is good. It is located right in the center of Koror, close to restaurants, coffee shops, and souvenir stores.

Airport pick up and drop off was great, despite them being at late night/early AM. Really courteous and professional staff. Loved the breakfasts. All Chinese food but I love Chinese food, so it was great. Many choices. They didn’t have an ice machine on the property, but they went out and got me ice when I asked for it.

Godiva and Jerome are excellent hosts. They accommodated our every need and went above and beyond to help us with all our questions and requests. Their hospitality made our trip even more memorable. Our room was comfortable for our family of four. Also, the pool was always a welcome relief after our daily excursions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ngermid Oasis and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful views from the luxury tent we were generously upgraded to for our 2-night stay! We cannot say enough good things about the wonderful and helpful staff, the great breakfast brought straight to the balcony each morning, the thoughtful layout and amenities, the incredible copper soaking tub with hot water and rainshower overlooking the jungle (and ANOTHER rainshower on the balcony!!) and the amazing variety of birds and bats we saw from our perch over the rock islands. So grateful. We will be back as soon as our travels allow!
