Great location - easy to get around. Quiet area. The room I stayed in was spacious and the sheets were quite soft, which I appreciated. Iza was amazing and very helpful.

Elje is so kind and the place is beautiful. big garden, my room has terrace in front, the bathroom was so cute with sell decorations, lot of details that make a difference. she will make breakfast for you at the time you want. the kitchen is shared and it’s very big. the living room is part of the kitchen, the house has a lot of space. outside you can relax in the terace where you will have 2 big table and transat. thank you so much Elje, I wish I will have stay longer!

O'Soleil Guest house is located in La Digue. The property has a tropical garden and is only a few steps away from Anse Severe beach, the best on the island for sunsets.

We loved our stay here for 3 nights- Frank was very helpful and gave us tons of information on where to eat, what to do, etc. which made our stay here very pleasant. Chalets are very nice with a lot of space (and fully equipped kitchen and living room etc.), beautiful garden and the location is also really great - just a couple of minutes walk to one of the best beaches on the island and also just around 7-9 min walk to the jetty and to the city center. Frank even let us stay longer on our check out date as the next guests were arriving late.

The house is impeccably clean and well maintained. Jennifer and Kevin, the caretakers, went the extra mile in taking care of us with transfers, bike rentals and also in cooking us our best dinner on the island. The house’s owner has done a wonderful job building his own furniture for the house - lovely uses of wood. The kitchen and laundry are fully equipped. A wonderfully self sufficient villa in a great location right next to Union Estate, the beach, and a lot of great eateries. The little plunge pool was an unexpectedly wonderful bonus for the kids.

Yacinth and Marva were very helpful and nice to us. Made our stay as easy as possible. Provided us with bikes, nice dinner. There was a misunderstanding with the breakfast we had booked and at the end it was offered to us for free. The Villa is spacious, each of us (3) had our own room and bathroom. It was clean.

Clarissa and her team will try to read your wishes, so you just have to think about something and it will happen ;) Clarissa’s very knowledgable about La Digue and she will organize bikes, excursions, transportation etc. She gave us a full overview of the island with all restaurants, take aways, beaches etc and that kept us pretty busy for our stay. We had a drinking-water refill station in our room, so we could safe a tan of single-use-plastic bottles, which was a very nice addition to the room. On our last day, we were allowed to keep our towels, stored our luggage, and took a shower near the pool, after a day at the beach, before heading back to the ferry, which was super comfortable. We had an amazing stay at the Hyde-Tide Guesthouse and we would return anytime. Thanks for having us and keep up the good work!
