I cannot express enough how utterly fantastic our stay at Beach Box at Pran was! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that exceeded all expectations. Firstly, let's talk about the location – just a perfect 10 from the mesmerizing sea! The sight and sound of the waves crashing against the shore were an absolute dream, and so many nice restaurants around! Now, onto the rooms – oh my goodness, they were divine! Immaculately clean, cozy, We felt like we were living in a paradise. And let's not forget about the delicious breakfast served every morning – it was a culinary delight! Fresh, flavorful, and served with a smile. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the beautiful owner, Mam. She radiates kindness and grace, and her attention to detail ensured that every aspect of our stay was perfect. And who could forget the refreshing pool? A haven of relaxation, perfect for cooling off after a day of soaking up the sun on the beach. Last but not least, the entire staff – they were simply wonderful. Friendly, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. In conclusion, Beach Box at Pran is an absolute gem. Near the ocean, at the foot of a mountain, surrounded by jungle and a coconut plantation, the two hosts Mook and Rick have set up a resort and dog shelter which ticked all the boxes for me. The place is lush and tranquil, and the dogs are well cared for and living their best lives. My bungalow was spacious and spotless with a modern A/C and a refrigerator with cold water. The food is as authentic as can be, cooked up by Thai native Mook, while you chat and enjoy a cold drink at the bar. I cannot overstate how great these dishes were. Fresh, varied and unbelievably tasty. The hosts themselves made every effort to engage and make my stay comfortable. They're friendly and funny, with strange and interesting stories to tell. Rick caught me driving off with a flat tire. Not only did he change the tire to a spare but arranged for the flat one to be fixed at the local mechanic the same day. Thanks buddy. If you are a dog person, this is where you go. If you are not, I'd recommend alternatives. I stayed 3 nights as a solo traveler, looking for a peaceful place to read my books. I found what I was looking for and much more.

This resort was amazing. We went in the off season so we had the entire place to ourselves! The resort is absolutely darling. It’s not walking distance to anything so you will need to motorbike but the host was super helpful in teaching us how to do it, when we were super hesitant about it. I highly recommend learning to drive them because driving around feels like you’re in a movie. I would never stay anywhere else if I was ever in the area again!
