Before 24 hrs of check in. We received an email for a bid to an upgrade. We got the upgrade for a one bedroom apartment which was absolutely amazing. It had a kitchenette with all appliances, a spacious living room and bedroom. We asked for decrease ac temperature and they sent an engineer right away to fix that for us.
