Great little country home in the exurbs of Chiangmai. The house is a bit secluded which is great and everything you need in terms of restaurants and grocery, gym, etc. is within a 10 minute drive. Modern newly built home with good internet and appliances.

If you are thinking of staying here a few nights, just book a whole week - you won't regret it. The proprietors are extremely welcoming and do anything they can to make your stay better. We stayed 4 nights and had a few great conversations with them and other renters as well. The location is about 25 min from Chiang Mai city but not too far off highway so easy to access (by taxi or Grab if you don't have your own vehicle /Grab was about 200-400B depending on peak hours). It is QUIET out there and so relaxing. It feels like being at home with a comfortable and slower pace you don't get at a hotel with a front desk staff in uniform. This makes it easier to talk to others there and get to hear their stories and suggestions. The commual spaces were beautifully kept and welcoming with several places to sit, chat, read, listen to the quiet morning or night. But if you need access to the digital world to work, etc. the wifi is available and fast. The sweet dogs and farm birds were also a bonus for us. There are kitchen facilities if you're inclined to make your own (small shared fridge if needed too). Water, soda, beer, few snack available for sale on site. The room was very comfortable, AC worked great and cooled room down fast. We also met some other travelers who extended their stay there as the property is so great. We couldn't as we had flight to catch, but wished we could have. There is a coffee Cafe right across the street (literally >1 min walk) with great and cheap 'gourmet' coffee. We went there every day we stayed. We did an elephant tour that picked us up there as well, so location not an issue in that regard.

Located outside the city of Chiang Mai, the tranquil resort offers guests two different worlds created by northern Thai culture and contemporary style, with views of the natural landscape.

There are a lot of activities there. There is a farm where children can feed rabbits, sheep, as well as picking an egg from chicken farms. Adults can play golf, go to spa or fitness. Was greeted warmly by staff and a drink upon arrival. We booked deluxe room, and the hotel room is extremely clean and big with nice garden view. It was beyond my expectation for deluxe room. Breakfast really great. It is an excellent hotel for families with kids too. The swimming pool was so big, would choose this hotel again for my next visit.
