Thanks to all the staff. Thanks to the receptionist who received me at the night of 28th Sep unfortunately I didn't catch his name but he really gave me a warm welcome and a great special room. Thanks to Bayza who helped us in the day of checkout and was so welcoming and warm and gave us happily a late check out and was smiling all the time.
