My room had a lot of space & a great bathroom to get refreshed after a long flight. Professional and highly efficient staff help me check in quickly. 24 hour room service was great for a delicious late night meal. Super close to the airport for my early morning flight. Thank you for a great stay.

Was pleasantly surprised by amenities. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Staff has thought about just everything you might need and clearly explains all the available amenities. Really loved indoor hot tub in the bathroom.

Fantastic customer service that went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice stay, getting aboard the shuttle to the airport, etc. The breakfast was also INCREDIBLE!

Location was excellent-close to the airport and close to the HSR(high speed railway) station. And the gratis , free shuttle to and from the airport testifies highly of the Sheraton hotel. Breakfast became for us a Lucullus treat in itself. Chapeaux bas.

I had a great stay at this! The location is super convenient, especially if you’re visiting the Rakuten Baseball Stadium in Taoyuan it’s just a short distance away. I came to town for Dua Lipa’s concert, and this place was perfect for my trip. The service was outstanding, and the overall comfort made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

Excellent if you need a place to stay near the airport. Staff were so kind, even though we didn't meet them. Check-in was easy and the snacks and self-serve breakfast were more than expected. A charming little place to rest pre- or post-flight. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend.
