We spent the night here because we wanted to be close to the airport as we had an early flight out of Taipei. We didn't use any of the facilities because we arrived late and left early. The room was very spacious, including the bathroom (though we didn't have a tub). Beds were very comfortable and we liked the pillow options. Even the slippers were comfortable and well padded (better than the slippers we had at a Holiday Inn in Singapore, our next destination). The staff were extremely helpful. There was a group of about 150 students clogging up access to the elevators. The staff got us to our room in our own elevator so we didn't have to wait for the students and they brought our bags to the room just minutes later. Free shuttle service to the airport was fantastic and got us to the airport with plenty of time before our flight.

It was very clean and it contained all the main amenities that are needed. The owners were also very gracious and always asked if there was anything that we needed. The temperature and the bed were also very comfortable.

EVERYTHING ABOUT IT!! Probably one of the best hotel I’ve ever stay in!! It came with a personal garage. Customer service and hospitality was great! The aesthetic of the room was super cute and super nice!! Very clean and the breakfast provided in the morning was sooo good and was so perfect!! I will definitely book here again!! Definitely worth its price!
