Nice hotel, serviceminded staff only two trainstations from the airport. No need fir rental car when you arrive. Rental car service at the airport is slow, so better to get the car next morning.

The friendliness of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble. I felt very looked after as a lone female traveller. The shuttle bus was great and goes to the Mall of America every hour.
