It was very clean and homey. The owners vere super friendly and gave us a helpful tour of the house. They provided all we could need for a good breakfast, everything organic from fresh eggs to oatmeal, to fresh fruit, coffee and tea. And we enjoyed it on a cute little screened porch. Owners lived downstairs and were available for anything we needed.

Location is nice and quiet and the property was very clean and cozy! There were waters in the fridge which was a nice touch in addition to the complimentary bottle of wine, it was greatly appreciated! This was my third time staying at this location, and second time at this exact unit I highly recommend :)

The unit was completely equipped with everything I needed from dishwasher pods to a plethora of towels. The furnishings and fixtures were highend and very clean. I enjoyed the deck for mornings' breakfasts and afternoons for reading and listening to the birds. Even though not near to other dwellings, I felt very safe. I can't enumerate all of the positives to my week-long stay here.

This property was perfect in every way. The layout was wonderful, kitchen was well stocked, the bed was so so comfortable, and there was even a ramp rather than stairs leading to the master bedroom. The location was so so convent a lot of historical sights in Charlottesville, as well as UVA and more

Loved the decor , the balcony , the cornered room so had windows on 2 walls and loved my view. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet.

The location was okay. Quiet and close to downtown. The front desk employee was very nice when we complained about the room, and he got us another one.
