perfect location. one minute walk to everything, but quiet and easy to rest at night. owners were incredibly kind and gracious. the room was super comfortable too. I couldn’t recommend this guesthouse highly enough.

Julie's Cottage was quick to respond to questions and communications. The key collection was smooth (done by my partner by arrangement as I was unavailable). The property was clean, neat and had a cute garden in the front. The room itself had a small balcony with a metal table and chairs, which served well for drinking a cup of coffee in the morning. The room itself was clean, well laid out and had cupboard space available. The bed was firm and comfy with more than enough duvet for the bed size. Pillows were also very well stuffed. I was confounded for a bit by the tap in the shower where the indicator didn't match the water temperature but with a 50/50 shot, I did manage to get a lovely hot shower with a big shower head (the rain type) - just what I needed! Key handover when we left was quick and efficient. Meeting their little ginger cat as we left was a great bonus - what a sweetie! While we did not stay long, we would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Really enjoyed our stay, our room was really spacious with a nice living room, cute balcony, very comfortable beds. Amazing place to relax and explore the area. Riebeek is a small town, so everything in the town is with walking distance.

Karin was a very welcoming and accommodating host. The cottage is spacious with a cozy interior & exterior. The bathroom is modern, with plush towels. The kitchen is well equipped. We appreciated the air conditioner in the bedroom upstairs. Also, a cooldown in the pool on a hot day was wonderful. The location is ideal for exploring the area, within walking distance of restaurants and shops in town.
