Located on the peaceful Vasse River, and just 1.2km from the town centre and 1.9km from the iconic Busselton Jetty, The Timothée Resort provides quality accommodation with an outdoor pool, private parking and an onsite restaurant. Fantastic stay at the Timothee resort. Gorgeous renovated hotel. Clean, nice furnishings in the room, staff at reception were brilliant. Five minute drive to the jetty which was perfect. Or a 10 minute cycle. We will definitely go back. Amazing curry pot restaurant attached, real authentic Indian curry.

This time we stayed in the house. The property was perfect for our group. The location was beautiful. The house is equipped with everything you need.

Featuring a tennis court, the property is located within 48 km of Busselton Jetty. The property is non-smoking and is set 48 km from Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse and Maritime Museum. It was our third time at Karriview over the past few years, and we absolutely love the tranquility of the forest and the relaxing vibe. This time was especially amazing, thanks to Richard—he was so welcoming and made our stay feel even more special. The food at the restaurant was fantastic, especially the Chinese dumplings! We also appreciated all of Richard’s recommendations for places to visit nearby. Can’t wait to come back!

Location- Food, shopping, supermarkets and drinks, where else is better than a place where all this are within walking diastance. Located on upper level ensure privacy while able to look out to the street. Property- Parking at back of property which leads direct into property. Heavy luggage- no problem, no stairs. Well design layout with 2 rooms, great for 4 people. Living and dining room are located at the end which provide a great view onto the streets. Fully equipped kitchen if you need to cook meals. Entertainment system are provided. Living room also have mood lighting. This is the area we spend our nights chilling on the comfy sofa. Service- Response from owner is fast. if anything runs out, just drop them a message and it will be delivered. Overall- a very well run property by owners who took pride in providing the best experience for their customers. Rooms: 2 bedroom. 1 king and 2 single Food and drinks: Lots of selection, from breakfast till dinner

The accommodation was just spectacular. Simple but extraordinary, My wife and I stayed in a one bedroom studio. It was spacious comfortable, quiet and exceptionally clean. We enjoyed the RAC so much that we altered future accommodations whenever a RAC was available. It was our first stay in a RAC and it certainly will not be our last.
