Kaileigh was wonderfull since the beginning. She made sure we had everything we needed and even left us a basket with breakfast since we needed to leave really early. Room was cosy and clean, everything you can dream of after a day of hiking.

Set in Ullapool, Harbour House has a garden. This guest house offers luggage storage space and free WiFi. The private bathroom is fitted with a bath or shower. we loved our stay in the Loch Cabin. it was modern, spacey, spotless clean. the view was magnificent, straight to the Barbour. excellent location and a good breakfast. note: while the property policy mentioned in booking.com says kids 3 years old and up are welcome, and the same is noted in the reservation approval, this is not the case for the loch cabins which are apparently for 2 adults only without possibility to accommodate any kids not even with additional fee. we arrived with a 5 year old and it was a bit of a shock to learn that we might no be able to check in. thankfully Alan the owner agreed (after some convincing) to let us check in with our kid. this was an exception (thanks Alan for the extra understanding and flexibility here) - so just sharing this important detail for those of you with kids.

Greshornish House Hotel features free WiFi in public areas and views of sea in Edinbane. Among the various facilities of this property are a garden and a bar. Amazing stay just before Christmas- the staff, food and facilities couldn’t be faulted

Located on a private terrace perched above a river RiverBeds - Luxury Wee Lodges with Hot Tubs is set on a golf course and private estate in the Glencoe Valley. Amazing amazing amazing Clean, comfy, coffee over the river, what more can u ask for. Loved it!!!

The centrally located Heathmount Hotel is 10 minutes’ walk from Inverness Castle, and offers Scottish whisky, Illy coffee and freshly mixed cocktails in its 2 contrasting bars. The accommodation is central. Within a 15 min walk to the CBD. The room itself was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable. The only issue is the slopping roof. Which wouldn’t be a problem if your under 5.6. The staff where truly lovely, very welcoming and went above and beyond to help.

Offering stunning views over Torrisdale Bay and the sea, Bettyhill Hotel is located in Bettyhill and features an a-la-carte restaurant, a bar, garden and terrace. Free Wi-Fi access is available. The staff, the hotel and the service were out of this world. The only mystery is why they’re only three stars when they should be at least four. Just outstanding.

It was such a wonderful, charming beautiful place to stay. The meals were delicious. They were so friendly. We absolutely loved our stay there.

In 15 acres of private grounds, this hotel boasts spectacular views over Portree Bay to the Cuillin Mountain range. It has an award-winning restaurant and a range of whiskies on offer. The staff- all of them- at the hotel were exceptional. The feeling was like being looked after by a family.

We were served breakfast with fresh fruit, granola, yogurt and toast every day by the friendly house owner who recently renovated the whole house. Very quiet and peaceful atmosphere
