Hotel was really clean and staff really nice! Amazing room view! The breakfast was very delicious and varied. I loved it very much. Everything was great from cleanliness, comfort, delicious breakfast, and great service! Location was great too. I would recommend this hotel very highly.

Half of the apartments with a declared 'sea view' may not meet expectations visible rather narrowly and to the side. Despite these observations, there are some advantages to consider. The property offers reliable air conditioning, good soundproofing to combat very noisy surroundings efficiently, and a basic set of kitchen utensils. Importantly, the property owner is always available, providing a sense of reassurance and support. The location is central, but the urban situation is such that one can only be partly happy about it. It is impossible to get to the building via sidewalks; people often have to step onto the roadway. The interior and furniture are not bad.

    "In Batumi, there are several hotels, including those with 5 stars, but I am a loyal guest and only stay at the Hilton. There are several reasons for this: the location, comfort, friendly environment, great breakfast, spa, swimming pool, atmosphere, Skybar, and the friendly and super nice staff. I truly enjoy my time there. The rooms are pleasant, and the view from the room, regardless of the direction, is just spectacular."

    Great location, would recommend it over the 5 stars hotels that are right on the promenade but further from the center of the city. Europe square just by the hotel is a bonus. Irine at the reception was wonderful and very helpful. Within a very short notice she arranged us a driver and a tour. Her English is great. Thank you Irine !
