Every aspect of our stay was just wonderful, we were so happy. The staff is very helpful with any information you need about the island and go above and beyond to help and satisfy guests. The rooms are clean, so is the personal pool. Room service menu and a la carte dinner menu are great, bottled water is provided free of charge every day . There is complementary raki upon arrival and during dinner and a gift box at checkout. The week we spent at this hotel is the most relaxing experience we ever had.

The suite that we had was one of the caves suites that has a pool outside and inside, but this suite has the best pool outside view that you would ever have in the whole Island, amazing place for pictures and specially the sunset. Now, the restaurant have delicious dishes and drinks, one of the best restaurants of the Island 100%. Now, we had a flight at night and our check out was early, but as they really wanted to make us feel great they gave us another suite until we leave the Island (also there was availability so we were lucky on this one). One last thing, we forgot our passports at the safe of the room, we called them and they came with our passports and personal belongings that we left at the safe right away to the Airport, as we said they were extremely helpful and great with us. It was a dreamt experience and we thanks all the staff of the Hotel. We will come back again soon!

The GM Manos was unlike any other hotel manager we have met. Attentive to detail, genuine, and thoughtful…he made our stay super memorable. His team has also been trained well and they were friendly and very attentive. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. The sunset from Vezene (the restaurant in the hotel) is the best on the entire island and the food there is also exceptional! I would highly recommend this hotel (and even the view from the room was amazing!!!)…will definitely be coming back ❤️

It’s front-line caldera with no crazy stair climbing, which is rare in Santorini. We were upgraded from a deluxe room to the honeymoon suite for my birthday, and wow - it was incredible. Spacious, beautifully designed, with a dreamy indoor tub and that view you’ll never stop staring at. The staff were absolutely exceptional. Genuinely kind, attentive, and made everything feel so special, from the warm welcome to the surprise bottle of wine. Breakfast was amazing every single day, fresh and full of variety. Honestly, you don’t even need to leave the hotel. Everything you need is right there: comfort, privacy, beauty, and pure relaxation. If you’re going to Santorini, this is the place.
