It was an exceptional experience. The hotel staff were so kind and friendly. The breakfast was superb - so much selection and ability to order as many additional as you like. Upon arrival, I misunderstood the bed type I had booked and not only could they accommodate the bed request last minute but upgraded us for free as well. Talk about quality service!!

High Recommended this hotel because budget price provide Great overall Good location near station, and very spacious rooms. Felt pretty comfortable. Staff was very friendly helpful but bit lazy. The hotel was a good value for the money. Good clean rooms bathroom was also proper clean and so small. The food was excellent. Overall it's fine. located in main market prime location in budget price hotel booked, everything was okay!!

Breakfast was very tasty, lots of options to choose from. Arrived on an evening flight so the hotel thankfully arranged a taxi which was important. In general the staff was very helpful, even trying to get my Indian airport simcard to work.

    I arrived in Delhi to spend one night and then fly around the country. I booked this hotel. The website says 5 stars. I was shocked by the room in the ethel: dirty, a lot of garbage and hair, I was in a non-smoking room, but the smell of cigarette smoke was very clear, the whole company stank of smoke, the room was not ventilated, the carpet was dirty. There is mold on the bathroom ceiling. And this is a five star hotel for 220 dollars a night! Sorry - I don't recommend it!

    The accommodation has very nice photos. Everything looks amazing in the photos. Unfortunately, the reality is no longer like that. The hotel is neglected at first glance. Everywhere the hotel states that it has 5 stars. But it cannot be compared to a 5-star hotel. We travel a lot and I would give this hotel 3 stars at most. He was a huge disappointment for us.
