We loved the location of this hotel. It was beautiful. Our main purpose was to go for Safari, and this hotel is perfectly located from Yala National Park. They even packed us breakfast at 5am, so we can take it with us to Safari. We spent an afternoon at the pool, (and had it all to ourselves which was also a bonus). The food was great, and we had the buffet there. The staff were all amazing. Everyone that worked there, were quite young, but incredibly professional, polite and kind, and they all really went out of their way to help us.

The staff at the property are truly commendable, particularly Amila and Piyum at the reception, who went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The pool was fantastic and added to our overall experience. Additionally, the location by the lake is ideal, providing a beautiful setting for relaxation and enjoyment. Special mention about Charith who patiently addressed all our issues with regards to food.
