Amazing experience staying at this hotel, it's a unique piece of Mongolia's history. The art alone is worth the stay. Rooms are luxurious and spotless, facilities and views are stunning. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. Chef Arun made us delicious meals every night, catering to us personally, including whatever we wanted for breakfast. Manager Sanjeev checked in with us every day and mixed up perfect Negronis for us in the evening. We've never had this kind of outstanding service anywhere else. It's more than a hotel, it's like staying with family and friends. you'll never forget it.

The authenticity of the place is stunning. Staff and their services were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. It reflects the management they have at the hotel … hats off to the GM. The restaurant area along with the food and beverage are both amazing. Best location in town! Everything can be reached in distance walking.

We stayed at the Ibis and couldnt sleep at all. The Novotel was a welcome change. We regretted not booking the Novotel for all our nights in UB. The room was clean, spacious, the beds were so comfortable, and best of all you didnt hear noise form the outside which was a huge problem at the IBIS.
