Very clean and well-appointed room. Had everything we needed. Above imago Mall for extreme convenience and close to come excellent coffee shops and restaurants. Exceedingly responsive hosts who were attentive to our needs but not intrusive. Highly recommend for a stay in Kota Kinabalu.

We were early and our room wasn’t ready yet so they my stored our luggage until check-in later. Rate this Hyatt a 10++! The hotel kindly provided balloons and a slice of tiramisu cake with a candle to surprise my daughter on her birthday. What a treat! Excellent AC and hat water. We had a huge room with slippers and a huge luxurious bathrobe to enjoy the celebration. We did not eat in the hotel since there were so many restaurants and the Central Market was within walking distance. Of course we took a selfie with the iconic “I ❤️KK” sign outside by the broad walk. Definitely had a feeling of being pampers in a spacious luxury hotel at a very reasonable rate of $75 per night for two in twin room. it was a pleasant 10-15 minute stroll to Jesselton Pier for our excursion.

1) Distance from Kota Kinabalu Airport to Hotel is a short trip taken. 2) Hotel location within town area - vicinity within shoppers, good. 3) My rooms occupied the 10th floor, excellent. 4) Breakfast excellent - International cuisine (Asian delights provide - most acceptable). 5) Slight miscalculated 'Housekeeping' facilities, need extra communication with the receptionist on duty to get the process done after getting back into hotel rooms after our daily out touring. 6) Overall in-house staffs are helpful & professional in communication with hotel guests. 7) More to speak for, overall satisfactory, exceptional stay in the Hotel. * N/B:- Wholly recommended stay, exceptionally good ... etc - Hopefully, I will visit again in due course if time permits.
