The staff was friendly and the place was located at the center of the town. They allowed us to drop off our bags at the hotel since we arrived earlier than the check in time, so we didn't have to bring all our luggage with us while we walked around Sapa

Exceptional stay at Hotel de la Coupole! The design is so elegant and luxurious! The attentive staff made sure that every detail was perfect. Breathtaking mountain views from the luxurious room, delicious breakfast and dinner. I want to mention that Mo and Thuy were excellent massage therapists! The temperature of the pool is regulated for the cold weather! Prime location for exploring Sapa. Highly recommend this 5-star hotel!!

Our stay was in the mountain view room. This room was spacious and had a great view. The hotel was exceptionally clean and showcased local art. The breakfast was top of the line and the staff was great. I'd like to add that this hotel is large and consists of 4 main buildings. You can walk between the buildings as they're quite close to get to breakfast, go to the pool, etc. Or call the office and they'll chauffer you in a buggy. The hotel is a bit out of the city (a 10 min walk) this walk is either straight downhill to the city or straight uphill back to the hotel from the city. There's a shuttle that will run once an hour, which we used often without issues or a taxi is always an option and quite affordable as well. Our stay was lovely and I'd recommend this hotel.

The views were unbelievable! And the staff were so king and helpful. And the breakfast buffet was huge and delicious.

This place felt like home immediately and it's very likely to make new friends here!! Duc & Linh are such lovely hosts, they would help you with anything and do family dinners every day. The homestay has a big garden with stunning views on rice fields and it's not far away from SaPa town. I just stayed for two days which was wayyyy too short but hopefully will be back at some point!!!

it was a perfect stay in Sapa. our room was big, roomy and super clean. the staffs were very helpful, especially Sarah. she texted me since beginning and helped me arrange our bus back to hanoi, and getting us tickets to go to Fansipan. she gave recommendations on where to go and checked on us daily, without being bothersome. its so good how she knows her guests that well, and keeping up with their schedules 2 out of 3 days we were there, it was very foggy with light drizzle. so we spent some time just chilling in our room.considering the size and design of the room, there was no issue for us to stay locked in 😄 location also very close to restaurants , but not right in the middle of the busy street, so theres still some peace and quiet. the hotel also has a private lobby for quests with a pool table, to keep their guest busy while they are in the hotel(a plus point for husband and son 😄) a very recommended hotel when visiting Sapa 👍
