It may not be a well-known international hotel chain, but in everything this hotel surpasses, for example, a Hilton on the Nusa Dua beach in Bali three times over. Great breakfast, extremely friendly and unobtrusive staff, wonderful little details like macaroni biscuits that welcome you in the room. We were in the hotel twice in the space of five days, the second time we took the best room at the top of the hotel, which is the real poetry of the hotel's beauty. Praise!

JHL Solitaire Gading Serpong, a JHL Collections is our 5 Star Luxury hotel situated 30 minutes from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. Very clean, bed was comfy, kudos to the staff... they are professional, friendly, attentive, always ready to help. Breakfast spread was good, only something to improve is the placement of small plates, spoons, bowls must be according to the placement of the dishes. I came to the dessert section, no small bowls or plates available which makes me have to walk all the way to get it from another section, there was no small spoons on sight at the muesly yogurt section which was already scooped into the small glasses. However, overall experience was pleasant and enjoyable.
