Perfect stay for me and my boyfriend. Service was extremely kind and they helped us with all our needs, included a private guided tour of the city. Hotel location is strategic and safe. The room was large, comfortable and perfectly clean. Food was excellent with vast choice of international breakfast; we had dinner there for the two evenings with good and light mediterranean food, exactly what we needed after eating typical moroccan food during the whole vacation in the desert. The Madame managing the hotel has been exceptional in helping us during our two nights in Fes, a very well deserved 10/10.

I extended my stay twice because I feel at home. The Riad is really beautiful and clean. The suite number 2 is huge and exquisite. The staff is exceptionally caring and very professional. I watched Mustafa, Meryeme, and Kenza go out of their way to cater to all the guests. I am still here because I love it.

Set in the heart of Fez, in the city’s new quarter, Fes Marriott Hotel Jnan Palace offers air-conditioned rooms and an outdoor swimming pool, a gym and a sauna. Everything was great. I loved the gym with high end equipments,and the pool was perfect .

The staffs were super nice and kind(especially Muhammad, thanks!). The hotel staff picked me up when I arrived, and took me to the meeting point on my last day going to another city. Fes medina is not an easy place to find a way, so it was very helpful! (Other hotels don’t do that unless you pay more). My room was pretty big, and the facilities were in a good condition. The location couldn’t be better.

New and modern riad - high hotel standard in a riad design. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Super location close to the medina but still very quiet. Everything very clean. All in all, the best accommodation on our round trip across Morocco (we stayed in several riads but also in Marriott Rabat, Sofitel Casablanca).

Hotel was new and well maintained, modern/traditional fancy look. Staff were all welcoming; shout out to Othmane in reception! Breakfast was delicious with exceptionally delicious bakery. Room was spacious and clean, comfy beddings.
