The manager deserves a separate SHUKRAN for being such a great hostess and making our stay so comfortable and unforgettable. She organized a very special breakfast table for us, with fresh orange juice, crepes, and other treats! We will definitely come back to this hotel just so that we can get spoiled.

The staffs were super nice and kind(especially Muhammad, thanks!). The hotel staff picked me up when I arrived, and took me to the meeting point on my last day going to another city. Fes medina is not an easy place to find a way, so it was very helpful! (Other hotels don’t do that unless you pay more). My room was pretty big, and the facilities were in a good condition. The location couldn’t be better.

Located in the Old Medina, Riad Palais Ommeyad is a traditional palace with Moroccan décor featuring an outdoor swimming pool, spa bath, massage and body treatments. We loved everything about this property, The rooms were beautiful and spacious. The staff was courteous, and location was perfect. I loved the Moroccan decor, the tea, and food was excellent! I would definitely come back to this hotel.
