With views of the Atlas Mountains, this 5-star hotel is 15 minutes’ drive from Marrakech’s Medina and Jamaâ El Fna Square. Set in a garden with a pool, it has a spa, terrace and a restaurant. We enjoyed our villa very much. The private pool was great and we liked the layout and the size of the rooms. On the hotel ground we enjoyed all the pools. The hotel restaurants and the reception were very tastefully decorated.

This hotel was absolutely exceptional. I’ve stayed in many hotels in Marrakech, and this one is by far my favorite. I had seen a recent review saying the hotel wasn’t good, and I was honestly about to cancel my reservation. In the end, I decided to take the risk—and I’m so glad I did, because the reality was completely different. Everything was wonderful: the atmosphere, the service, and especially the staff. Everyone was kind, polite, and truly welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The rooftop terrace deserves its own highlight: a peaceful oasis with stunning views, ideal for relaxing after exploring the city. Whether for breakfast or a quiet evening drink, it truly elevates the whole experience. The location of the riad is excellent – close enough to reach the vibrant heart of the Medina within minutes, yet tucked away just enough to enjoy calm and privacy whenever desired. From here, we could easily access all the cultural highlights, restaurants, and markets Marrakech has to offer.

The facilities were immaculate, with beautiful pools, and the rooms were amazing. Park Hyatt has never disappointed me, but this was possibly my best experience yet.

Ibrahim was so helpful and efficient. The room was clean and on the terrace which was just an extra and we could enjoy coffee or tea in the tent. The breakfast was great, so was service. Would definitely come back.
