Location and convenience, very comfortable apartment had everything I needed, the host Hanifi was extremely helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend it especially for visiting someone in the hospital and for shopping in Lakeside shopping centre.

The place is very quiet and close to the sea. The place provides tea and coffee which one can sit at the balcony to enjoy. The timber floor looks really nice and classy. The only thing i would say is that we thought this place provides breakfast as the name of the property suggests that but we only found out what we paid did not include breakfast. I guess it is our mistake that we did not realize that it didnt include breakfast when we booked as I assume as the name is B&B suggests breakfast! Overall, a good stay

The bed was really comfy, great quality linen. Loved the set up of the Burns Beach Bed & Shower. It’s a shame we are from Tassie because we’d be back for sure. When I got back, a cat was meowing to let him in. Then he followed us down to our bedroom and stayed on the bed from thereon. Facilities were great, location was great (for our purposes), cat was a secret plus. Having the entire downstairs area was great but the finer touches just weren't there.AAnonymousYoung couple

The room we stayed in was very roomy and very comfortable and very well presented. The premises are very modern and very clean. Very close to cafes and beach to cater for your own self catering. It is a perfect stay for those that like a very comfortable sleep and a small amount of time to relax but spend a lot of time exploring the area.
