Nicolas Muller - the hotel's food and beverage manager, organized for the guest's of the hotel a fantastic, high quality New Year's Eve party in the rooftop hotel restaurant overlooking the magnificent lake Neuchatel! Though we did not have a reservation for the New Year's Eve celebration which had all been sold out, he managed to accommodate us as well. Nicolas Muller's professionalism has no limits or boundaries, Nicolas is a detail-oriented high-professional with top skills in hospitality management. He can make people happy even in unpredictable situations. Thank you Nicolas, you made us happy on the New Year's Eve 2023 and you make this hotel a better place and we will by all means come back to your hotel again to experience a high level food and beverage service. Room was clean, quiet and spacious and the bathroom had been upgraded to modern style fixtures. So, even though the hotel was an older property, the room was well maintained. The hotel had a small elevator, 2 person size. Location was great, located in downtown La Chaux du Fonds and walking distance to the International Museum of Horology, a shopping mall and restaurants. Hotel even had a small parking lot if you are driving.
