We booked this hotel during the Canton Fair. They provide a shuttle to and from the hotel which is great. The hotel is located in walking distance to Beijing Lu as well as other temples and tourist spots. Free coffee and juice and popcorn at the lobby. We brought our kids along since we went to Chimelong during the weekend, and it was such a wonderful surprise when we entered a room and found a tent, books and toys & toiletries for kids. The bathroom even came with a potty for the toilet. The staff were great, very accommodating and kind. TERESA was wonderful, she really helped us with our booking (we were a group of 10), so she did her best to give us rooms in the same building despite the busy season. I would really recommend looking for ger especially if you don’t know any Chinese. KRISTINE was also very accommodating especially with the kids. and FU was also very kind. They helped book Taxis for us too.

This is one of the most impressive and refreshing hotel stays I’ve had during my 15-day journey across China. Atour Light may not be a global chain yet — but it absolutely deserves international attention. The entire experience was smooth and thoughtfully designed: • The room was minimalist but cozy, clean, and smartly laid out. • There were sweet snacks and mineral water waiting in the room — a small but heartwarming touch. • The shampoo and shower gel smelled so good I actually wanted to take some back to Thailand! • The laundry room downstairs was clean, modern, and easy to use — perfect for long trips. What really stood out was the team: The housekeepers were polite and kind, the male staff at the front desk were super helpful and respectful, and the female receptionist was impressively sharp and calm under pressure. Atour is clearly becoming a rising star among young urban hotels in China. The vibe, design, and attitude are just right — balanced between affordable, aesthetic, and attentive. Would I stay here again? Without hesitation. Already looking for my next Atour stay!

I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The room was exceptionally clean, with every detail thoughtfully attended to, from spotless linens to a well-maintained bathroom. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel’s ambiance was welcoming, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, great value for its quality. If you’re looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay, I highly recommend it. I would gladly stay here again!
